Consignees must request a check by phone or in person. Consignees are requested to periodically check their account. Checks will not automatically be sent out. Mystic Nautical Marine Consignment LLC will pay the consignee _______% of the selling price. The consignor has the option of discounting the price of an item after 30 days. 10%, 20% or 30% in the first six months. After one year the price of any items will be at the discretion of the consignor. After two years items that are left in the store that have not sold will be disposed of at the discretion of Mystic Nautical Marine Consignment LLC, with some proceeds going to charity. The consignor requires a 2 weeks notice for any consignee to pick up items consigned. All items will be sold as is without warranty. The consignee is responsible for consigned items to be in working order at the time of drop off. All electrical items have a one time return policy. If bought by a customer and returned, they are thrown out and no payment is due. Mystic Nautical Marine Consignment LLC is not responsible for items getting damaged, lost, or stolen. All initial pricing is at the discretion of the consignor. If items dropped off are deemed not sellable, the items will be discarded at the consignors discretion.
